Diverse Talent Strategies | Customized Mentoring and Recruitment Solutions

What is Talent Nexus?

Talent Nexus is a corporate membership program like no other.

Brought to you by Diverse Talent Strategies, Talent Nexus offers a turn-key way for companies and organizations to offer mentoring to their employees or members, while demonstrating corporate social responsibility by serving as mentors to a diverse pool of college students through our university partnerships.

As a corporate member, employees receive access to mentoring through a rolodex of mentors who are willing to share their perspective, in addition to serving as a mentor themselves.  Through our proprietary self-directed mentoring software tool, participants get to choose their mentors based on competency and utilize the software tool to schedule their sessions.  Our training programs help ensure program participants are prepared and engaged.

Many of our corporate members also take part in the Talent Nexus Council to plan local community based activities aimed at learning and development.  Benefits of membership also include access to talent sourcing tools and resources.

As a corporate member of Talent Nexus, you become part of a community of diversity and human resources professionals and your employees develop through mentoring, which can help improve leadership skills, communication, help them meet new people, and become more highly engaged and productive, leading to higher retention.

Our mentoring resources are sustainable, scalable, metric driven, and easy to administer.  Best of all, you are helping us build a bright future through our student program.
