We are thrilled to announce Rachel Lane as our new Managing Director of Diverse Talent Strategies.

With nearly 30 years of experience working with global organizations to foster and implement enterprise transformation initiatives, Rachel Lane is passionate about helping organizations accomplish their goals.

Prior to Diverse Talent Strategies, Lane led transformational and operational excellence deployments at Nationwide Insurance and OneAmerica Financial Partners, supporting 40,000 associates. The On Your Side® Continuous Improvement program at Nationwide was awarded Best Lean Six Sigma Start-up Program by iSixSigma in 2011. Her experience also includes serving as Corporate Deployment Leader and Master Black Belt for Cardinal Health’s global Operational Excellence initiative in addition to working for several fortune 500 companies including Sterling Commerce (an IBM Company) and Accenture where she led multiple start-up initiatives.

Rachel holds a MBA from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in business and marketing from Franklin University. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
