Diverse Talent Strategies | Customized Mentoring and Recruitment Solutions

Calling All Mentors!

At Diverse Talent Strategies, we are seeking mentors for our signature Talent Nexus Mentoring program, which is a mentoring program like no other.

Talent Nexus is a unique mentoring model which companies and organizations participate in to offer mentoring to their employees or members, in addition to a diverse pool of college students through our university partnerships.

As a mentor, you participate in a special certification training prior to setting up your mentor profile and making yourself available to others who may be seeking you as their next mentor.  You may also determine you would like to participate and call on others for their wisdom and perspective.  Through our proprietary self-directed mentoring software tool, participants get to choose their mentors based on competency and utilize the software tool to schedule their sessions.  Our training programs help ensure program participants are prepared and engaged.

As a mentor, we simply ask for one hour per month, and mentoring sessions can be done by phone or by skype.  As a member of Talent Nexus, you become part of a community of other caring individuals like you, who wish to grow their leadership capacity by offering their wisdom and perspective to others.

You may also choose to get your company involved.  Our mentoring resources are sustainable, scalable, metric driven, and easy to administer.  Best of all, you are helping us build a bright future through our student program.

To learn more about participating as an individual or becoming a corporate member of the Talent Nexus program, contact us today by visiting www.diversetalentstrategies.com or emailing us at info@diversetalentstrategies.com
